Shipping items to Navicom

If the correct shipping procedure is not followed, your items may be subject to Customs delays,
or cost a lot more in postage and taxes than necessary.

Please follow the following instructions in all instances:

 

1.    Fill in the RMA form online.  The link is below.

2.    Send the form to Navicom Dynamics.  We will email you an RMA number.

3.    Package the item according to the procedure below.

4.    When you receive an RMA number, prepare the shipping and customs documents
       according to the procedure below.   We recommend using Fedex where possible.

Packaging items

Items should be firmly packed and well protected.  If returning a ruggedised case, we
recommend placing it inside a carton, or wrapping it to avoid damage to connectors,
and excessive scuffing of the case and labelling.

Shipping and Customs documents

It is very important to put the correct value on the shipping and customs paperwork.  Do not
list the new or purchase price of the item.  Otherwise Customs will apply excesseive taxes,
and the shipment will be held up until new paperwork can be generated.

If returning the item for service, list a second-hand value.  Contact us for advice.

If the item is being returned for repair, it is u/s and therefore a nominal value should be selected.
